SIMPLE REMINDERS FOR THE 2009 SWINE FLU

STAY CALM! This is not a serious or dangerous
health problem. It is certainly no more dangerous than the regular flu. The

spread of an infection and does not mean anything ominous or life-threatening.

need to avoid friends, co-workers, or crowds.
WASH YOUR HANDS REGULARLY! This is always good
advice. Soap and water, or waterless hand cleanser before eating, after using
the restroom, after touching surfaces that many people touch (like doorknobs),
and after coughing or sneezing will
decrease your risk of many infections.
Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze. And
then, again, wash your hands.
If YOU are SICK, STAY HOME! When you are sick
with flu or any other respiratory virus, you can infect others. STAY HOME!
